Release of siteSifter 2.9 (p44)

Release 2.9p44 of siteSifter focus mainly on bugfixes. We have corrected a number of purely visual problems, and in the process improved error handling.

In addition the readability algorithms, used for WCAG 1.0 checkpoint 14.1 and WCAG 2.0 Success Criteria 3.1.5, has been completely rewritten. This ensures better precision, while remaining in sync with the results that were reported in the past.
