Release of siteSifter 2.9 (p48)

Revision 2.9p48 of siteSifter is primarily a maintenance release, aimed at correcting a number of minor bugs. Some changes have been made to the syntax highlight mechanism in the reports so as to make identifying problematic code easier.

Two new features was added — direct links to mirrors, datasets and reports from the status page, and a brief quota display in the upper menubar (expert mode only) for a quick overview of how many projects/pages can still be created/processed.
