Improved Ticket Handling
With the knowledge that the OTRS ticket handling system employed by Greytower is not the world’s most accessible web application, we’ve added a further function to the siteSifter Help Centre.
While the actual handling of tickets are still done by way of OTRS, siteSifter’s web interface now contain a static, exported list of bugs, feature requests, and change suggestions.
In this way we hope that tickets can be handled in an accessible way until we have our own system in place.
