Release of siteSifter 2.10 (p37)

Due to being notified of several priority 5 (blocking) bugs in the new Non–project UI (NPUI), we have released a revision of siteSifter ahead of schedule.

This version fixes eight (8) interface bugs in the NPUI, and should impact no other section of the system.
