Release of siteSifter 2.10 (p44)

Release 2.10p44 of siteSifter fix two bugs related to the Token download system, as well as a flaw in the mirror download class.

This mirroring bug did not impact on the great majority of tests, but rather on a few isolated edge–cases. These have also been corrected.
